Returns Policy
our products are all handmade in small batches. We do not accept returns. If unsure of a scent, please select the oversized tea lights or the wax melts to sample a scent.
If a product is found to be defective in some way, a picture of the product must be provided and a description of the defect. Contact us for a replacement. A defect is defined as a product not working as intended. It does not cover scent choice.
Shipping
We currently utilize United States Postal Service (USPS) flat rate box for shipping. Most orders should fit in a medium box however, the shipping is calculated based on the weight of the products ordered.
